The mark consists of a cross, with each arm of the cross created by three triangles whose apexes point outward, with each apex touching the center of the base of the next triangle, with the triangles of the upper arm being the smallest and of equal size, the triangles of the left and right arms being larger and of equal size, and the triangles of the lower arm of graduated size from medium to large, surrounded by an incomplete circle divided into four sections, with the first section beginning at the break in the upper left hand quadrant of the circle, being narrow in width and widening and touching the second section, which begins in the upper right quadrant of the circle, and widens until it touches third section, which begins in the lower right quadrant of the circle, with the third section narrowing until it touches the fourth section, which begins in the lower left quadrant of the circle, and with the fourth section continuing to narrow and intersected by a quadrilateral, which creates a cross.
