The mark consists of roughly circular in shape with a vertically-oriented rectangle at its center, within which appears a roughly-octagonal design near the top and a decorative square shape seal near the bottom; slightly overlapping and extending upward from the square seal appears a banner emblazoned with Chinese wording; additional Chinese wording appears slightly overlapping and extending below the roughly octagonal design near the top of the mark; nine decorative roughly v-shaped marks appear within the rectangular outer border, with three near the top of the mark, three at the left edge of the banner design, and with the remaining three at the right edge of the banner design; a koi fish design appears at the right and left of the aforementioned rectangle, and a yin-yang symbol appears above the rectangle; the outer circle element consists of the upper half formed by a blend of broken, curved lines, and the lower half is formed by a border of peony flowers.
