The mark consists of the three-dimensional configuration of a gray tool holder that has: (1) a shaft in the shape of a pistol grip; (2) an angled plate like structure in the center portion of the tool holder, the angled plate like structure being made up of forward and rearward plate like portions joined at a prominent corner encompassing an obtuse angle of approximately 135o ; (3) a cylindrical shaped supporting device for receiving the chisel bit, the device protruding from the top of the rearward plate like portion and inclined forwardly to define a slightly acute angle relative to the rearward plate like portion; and (4) the overall geometrical arrangement of the first three geometric features providing a zig-zag shape defined by the angled plate like structure, the cylindrical shaped supporting device as forwardly inclined relative to the rearward plate like portion, and the shaft joining the corner of the angled plate like structure and extending downwardly and rearwardly from the corner such that the shaft forms obtuse angles with each of the forward and rearward plate like portions.
