The mark consists of a stylized design of a dragon that forms a rectangular shape with the tail at the top and the head finishing the rectangle with one leg visible on the right side of the rectangle. The dragon has blue scales with turquoise dots interspersed along its form. Its head is orange with green, red, blue and yellow horns and fins coming from the top of its head. Its mouth is open with the interior colored red and white with white teeth. The belly of the dragon is gold. Along the length of the dragon are fins colored blue, black, and purple. Also along the length of the body at intermittent intervals are five cloud designs that obscure the body. The cloud designs are gold with red highlights and lining.
