The mark consists of a design that is dome shaped at top and square shaped at bottom. The designs exterior lined border is domed shaped at top and square shaped at bottom. The dome portion of the design has a second immediate interior line. The central background of the design is roaming hills, puffy clouds and rows of agriculture. Framing the aforementioned central background is three quarters circle line starting and ending where the dome shape converts to a square shape. Framing the top half of the three quarters circle are two one quarter thin circled lines. The center of the design has a horizontal banner traversing almost the entire specimen. This traversing center banner has two exterior horizontal lined borders along each horizontal edge.
