Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a design, said design comprising the image of a unique design of an eye, wherein the outer periphery or "eye socket" is depicted by a spiraling outward circular-like line extending almost 360 degrees around; in addition, there is depicted an upper eye lid depicted by a horizontally positioned wave-like form more particularly described by starting at the innermost point of the aforementioned "eye-socket" spiraling line, then proceeding horizontally to the right and in a sinusoidal-like wave form with an ever increasing cross section until one reaches the approximate center of the "eye"or design, whereupon the cross section begins to re-narrow, until the "upper eye-lid" terminates on the right side; in addition, there is depicted a lower eye lid depicted by a horizontally positioned wave-like form more particularly described by starting at the innermost point of the aforementioned "eye-socket" spiraling line, then proceeding horizontally to the right and in a sinusoidal-like wave form with an ever increasing cross section until one reaches just to the left of the approximate center of the "eye" or design, whereupon the cross section begins to re-narrow, until the "lower eye-lid" terminates on the right side; in addition, the eye's center or iris is depicted by a spiraling outward circular-like line, of a smaller diameter and almost concentric with the aforementioned "eye-socket" spiraling outward line, said "iris" circular-like spiraling outward line extending almost 360 degrees around and terminating on the right side of the aforementioned "upper eye-lid"; in addition, the center core of the mark's eye design or "eye-pupil" consists of an image of the earth showing the north and South American continents; in addition, there is depicted in the lower left corner of the mark, an "eye-duct", illustrated starting at the extreme left-most point of the mark and located horizontally slightly lower than the center of the "eye-pupil", then proceeding horizontally to the right and in a sinusoidal-like wave form with an ever increasing cross section until one reaches just to the left of the left-most point of the "upper-eye-lid" and "lower-eye-lid".
