The mark submitted with this application is a family crest, the colors of which are features of the mark appearing as set forth below: The mark depicts a shield of deep lavender color with a light lavender border, topped with a Germanic-style, knob-topped helmet, all set upon an olive green, filigree-type background with a curving shape and some feathered edges. The helmet is of pale silver-blue with trim and pendant-type ornamentation of olive green. The knob on its top is tan in a setting of pale silver-blue. The Shield bears an olive green band, cutting downward from its top left to bottom right. The right edge of the Band bears a pattern of multiple, identical Christian-type crosses, while the left side of the Band is evenly studded with cream-colored gem-like shapes. Against the portion of the Shield which lies to the left of the Band is a pattern of three tan-colored heart shapes, with two hearts set side by side atop one heart centered beneath them. Against the portion of the shield which lies to the right of the Band, a similar pattern of hearts appears, where two stand side by side, with one centered beneath them, but where the top left heart is cream-colored, while the other hearts are tan. The filigree-type background bears an impressionistic, gold-tan bird-type creature on the top left, facing a similar cream-colored bird-type creature on the top left. On the bottom of the filigree-type background, on the left side of the Shield described above, is a deep lavender bird-type creature which faces left. On the right side of the Shield is a similar, deep lavender bird-type creature which faces right. The top of the background shape is crested by a filigree-type, gold-colored border. At its center is a hat-like object of olive green, bearing a downward stripe of pale blue on its left and a downward stripe of tan on its right. From the top of the blue stripe sprouts an olive green with bluish top peacock feather which curves left. From the top of the tan stripe sprouts a similar peacock feather which leans rightward. Between the feathers is perched an olive green crown which angles downward from left to right and is of design and color similar to the Band which emblazons the Shield. The entire crest is set against a background which is of a mottled cream color.
