The mark consists of The letters "Lit" in a cursive font with a capitalized "L" and lowercase "i" and "t". The letters "Lit" are directly above the word "RING" all capitalized in block letters to form the phrase "LitRING". The letters in "Lit" slightly overlap the top of the "RI" in "RING". The letters in the word "RING" contain a three dimensional cut out of each letter within each block letter. Directly right of the letters "Lit" and above the "N" and "G" in the word "RING" appears a convex semicircle of seven books. The semicircle begins at the top left-hand side of the letter "N" and concludes on top of the "G" in an upside-down U shape, with the openings of the books facing out. The books appear as if you are looking at the bottom end of the books and are compiled of a thick curved "U" that makes up the book cover and seven thinner lines with spaces in between each line are contained within the "U" that make up the pages of the books.
