The mark consists of the front package design for the goods; the square shape of the package is not part of the mark, but merely shows the position of the mark on the package. The mark consists of a front packaging panel having a dark blue background at the upper left, a light blue background in the middle beginning at the bottom left corner and ending at the upper right corner, and a splash of water at the bottom right. At the left of the packaging panel within the dark blue background is the word "DAILIES" in white next to a blue three-layered light and dark blue teardrop design stacked atop the words "AquaComfort" in light blue and "PLUS" in white, stacked atop the words "ONE-DAY CONTACT LENSES" in light blue lettering.
