The mark consists of two lines of text, the first being "LEVEL" with the first "E" stylized as three horizontal red bars stacked upon one another, with each bar decreasing in length from bottom to top similar to the profile of a staircase, on the second and third horizontal bars from the bottom is the image of a man with the right foot upon the top red horizontal bar and the left foot on the middle horizontal bar, appearing to ascend the stylized "E", with beige skin, light brown hair with brown hair tips, eyes with a white background, brown irises, and black pupils with a small white dot in each pupil, wearing a dark grey suit, black shoes, a red necktie and white shirt, a black top hat with a red sash at the base and a narrow white rectangle on the hat, carrying a black briefcase in the right hand and a blue ticket in the left hand, and the "L", "V", "E", and "L" in an all uppercase, non-bold font and in a color gradient with green starting at the top of the letters transitioning to dark green at the bottom.
