Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a stylized frosted cupcake viewed in silhouette, with the layers of frosting for the cupcake represented by a long looping and layered curve decorated by a series of objects appearing left to right and top to bottom as follows; hot air balloon, airplane, Matterhorn peak, cruise ship, Statue of Liberty, a camel trekking, Australia's Sydney Opera House, Dutch windmill, India's Taj Mahal, France's Arc de Triumph, traditional Asian architecture, Russia's St. Basil Cathedral, Italy's Tower of Pisa, France's Eiffel Tower, England's Clock Tower and Italy's Colosseum, with all the of previous sitting atop the words "Le Travel Café" in italics, said words appearing as the last frosting layer, with the long curve attached at the letter e, and the top of the letter t extended out to represent a separate layer of the frosting, and all of the above resting on top of a slanted cupcake liner represented by a series of fanned parallel bars, increasing in height from left to right, each with a dimple at the top and being thinner at the bottom.
