Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a rectangle with curved corners containing straight horizontal and vertical lines along its border to create a decorative design. The wording "KENTUCKY BEST" in stylized format in large letters appears at its center enclosed in a stylized polygon design which is inside a diamond design. The "t" in "Kentucky" has an extended cross that overlines the letters "entucky." The letters "tuck" are also underlined. At the top of the diamond design and extended beyond the diamond is the wording "DISTILLED FROM HEARTLAND GRAINS" within a polygon carrier with an arrow pointing outward on either side of "DISTILLED FROM." Below this carrier is another curved carrier which connects to the middle polygon containing the wording "100% AMERICAN MADE." Below the middle polygon is a curved carried containing the wording "STRAIGHT BOURBON." Below this carrier, but within the diamond design, is the curved large wording "WHISKEY" with a circle on either side of the wording. Just below the circular design is the stylized wording "A SMOOTH WHEATED BOURBON" with an arrow pointing outward on either side of "A SMOOTH." The bottom tip of the rectangle is overlapped by a rectangular carrier outlined by two parallel thin lines, contains the stylized wording "AGED 4 YEARS" above the wording "IN NEW CHARRED AMERICAN OAK BARRELS." Within the diamond design and throughout is curved decorative lines outlining the wording and filling the diamond. In the top left corner of the rectangle just outside the diamond design there is a circle containing the letters "KB" with a triangle on either side, a curved band around each portion of the lettering to create a broken circle and surrounded top and bottom by the wording "KENTUCKY BEST KENTUCKY BEST." In the top right corner of the rectangle just outside the diamond design is a concentric circle design containing the wording "A UNIQUE BALANCE OF AMERICAN GRAINS" in between both circles and where the center circle contains the design of wheat. Outside the diamond but within the straight horizontal and vertical lines along the border of the rectangle are various wheat stalks in varying orientations around the various carriers.
