The mark consists of two concentric gold circles. In between the two circles appears the gold wording "KEISER UNIVERSITY" around the top of the circle and the gold words "INTEGRITAS VERITAS SAPIENTIA" around the bottom of the circle with one gold star at the beginning of the wording "KEISER UNIVERSITY", one gold star at the end of the wording "KEISER UNIVERSITY", and a gold star on either side of the term "VERITAS".
