Computer network monitoring and security services, namely, providing the U.S. Department of Defense, Department of Defense technology community, military service providers, Department of Defense components, Department of Defense agencies, and Department of Defense mission partners with security capabilities for operating and defending the Department of Defense Information Network, namely, providing internet based data capture services in the nature of full packet capturing providing the most detailed form of network data and historical information about attacks and malicious activities traversing across the stacks; providing network boundary protections for Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router Network and Secure Internet Protocol Router Network communications among a base tier comprised of Bases, Posts, Camps, and Stations and an agency tier comprised of Department of Defense Combatant Commands, Service providers, and Agencies in accordance with relevant Department of Defense security guidelines and approved protocols, namely, administering digital keys and restricting unauthorized access to computer networks for Department of Defense cyber security teams and system analysts for the purpose of analyzing logs to identify threat patterns and take appropriate actions to prevent future network attacks
