The mark consists of a three dimensional packaging design for sugar coated milk chocolates, comprising a transparent cellophane wrapper through which two round sugar coated milk chocolates are visible, the placement of which, together with the design on the cellophane wrapper, depict a three-dimensional configuration of a panda bear holding a diagonal label displaying the word "JOYCO" and with a vertical scroll design to the right of its head displaying three symbols vertically aligned, namely a heart, an ampersand and a smiley-faced sun. The panda's body features, namely the ears, eyes, nose, mouth, cheeks, paws, and mid-section are printed on the front of the wrapper. The broken lines outlining the round sugar coated milk chocolates represent the position of the contents of the packaging and are not claimed as part of the mark. The broken lines depicting the shape of the packaging indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
