The mark consists of the wording "JB'S DOGGIE DELIGHTS" where "JB'S" is red with a brown border around the entirety of the wording, "DOGGIE" is blue with a brown dog bone as the "I" with specks of white at the top of the letters and "DELIGHTS" is green, with a brown dog bone as the "I" with specks of white at the top of the letters, all below a design comprising two dogs holding ice cream treats. The left dog is brown with short hair, a red collar with a yellow tag, a black nose, white and black eyes and a pink tongue and white teeth and is holding an ice cream bar, with pink ice cream and a light brown stick, in its right paw.
