Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the terms JAY'S SPICE CHAI all in taupe. In-between the terms SPICE and CHAI is an elephants face that is grey with ornate decorations consisting of four yellow balls with brown interiors above nine clusters of yellow seeds and then dark grey swirls with a stylization of ginger in the corner of each ear that is tan, pink and grey. Further down the ears are blue, yellow, brown and orange decorations lining the sides of the ears, centralized in the elephant face are orange swirls an orange band with yellow and tan shapes, green sniggles, purple stars, with green leaves in the center, above seven grey rocks pointing to the left, black eyes on either side with white detailing, below the eyes are a variety of purple starts and more yellow balls with brown centers. On the nose is orange detailing and an outline of an orange band with more yellow and tan shapes brown and orange stylized cinnamon sticks above a field of blue with three brown stars and six more yellow balls with brown centers, all of this is a above grey streaks, with a taupe area and finally a truck that consists of various shades of aquamarine and white swirls with black outlining. There are two white tusks with grey outlining with four magenta stripes each.
