The picture in the frame consists of a mountain draped with six waves flowing down from the peak of the mountain like a rainbow in various shades. A girl with wavy hair stands on top of the mountain facing the right side of the picture frame. The girl is wearing a polka dot dress, solid socks with a stripe at the top, and solid shoes. The girl is holding a large heart in both hands; the heart is to the right of the girl. To the right of the mountain is a grassy valley and small body of water with three waves. To the right of the heart are two birds. Above the girl's head, to her left is a cloud.
