Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the stylized yellow wording "IMPACT" with blue outlining and with a blue and yellow fist separating the "M" and "P", all above the green wording "INSPIRING MINDS PRODUCING ACHIEVEMENT CHARACTER AND TALENT". Emanating from the top of the "C" in "IMPACT" is a stylized red depiction of a young person's profile facing right with red gears in the brain area which is demonstrated by an incomplete oval. Emanating from the brain are two small cloud shapes with black outline leading to a larger cloud shape with black outline reminiscent of a thought bubble. Inside the thought bubble are two brown stylized depictions of people where one's foot is on the outline of the thought bubble, and both individuals are hanging on to a red key which is being inserted into a yellow and brown book that has a brown keyhole on the front. To the left of the book is a brown, silver, and purple paint brush next to a brown paint palette with red, yellow and blue circles, and to the left of the palette are depictions of drama masks where one is green and the other is blue.
