Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a grouping of stylized tear-drops, arranged tip-to-stern in a circle and comprising a blue tear-drop, a yellow tear-drop, a green tear-drop and a red-orange tear-drop wherein the blue tear-drop is arranged at the top of the circle of the stylized tear-drops with a circle inside; said stylized tear-drops further arranged such that the interstitial portions of the background in combination with said circle in the blue tear drop form a stylized human having 2-legs, 2-arms, and a head. All the white in the mark represent background and are not a part of the mark. The circle appears to the left of the stylized words "iLEAD exploration" that appear in the color black that are stacked above the words "Personalized Home Study For The 21st Century" that appear in the color black. The stylized words "iLEAD exploration" that are stacked above the words "Personalized Home Study For The 21st Century" are superimposed on a set of four horizontally-placed gears that appear in the color green.
