The mark consists of a roughly triangular logo design with rounded corners formed by the stylized letters IL and two additional curved bands; the letter I and the upper-left curved band appear in white and the letter L and the upper-right curved band appear in the color cobalt blue; beneath the aforementioned logo appears the stylized wording THE INNOVATION LEAGUE, with THE being cobalt blue and appearing in small form rotated 90-degrees left of horizontal and positioned at the beginning of the aforementioned instance of INNOVATION, which appears in larger form with the letters INNOV being in white, the A being half-white and half cobalt blue, with the TION being cobalt blue; the aforementioned instance of LEAGUE is navy blue in small form atop a white quadrilateral carrier; all of the aforementioned designs and wording appear atop a navy blue background being slightly lighter near the center and darker near the edges. The mark consists of a logo that has the letters "IL" within an upside down triangle and the word "The" placed vertically to the left of the word "Innovation." The word "League" is positioned beneath the words "The Innovation.".
