The mark consists of the stylized words "I CHOOSE FITNESS" and a stylized check box and check mark. The mark is displayed in two rows. The top row consists of the words "I CHOOSE". These words are outlined in brown on the top and maroon on the bottom. The inside of the wording is a light brown color. The second row consists of a stylized black check box and the stylized red wording "FITNESS". The black check box has a green check mark starting inside the box extending outside of it to the upper right. The stylized green check mark appears super-imposed over the check box. The word "FITNESS" appears directly to the right of the check box and check mark. "FITNESS" is outlined in red with a lighter red interior. The color white in the mark represents mere background and transparent areas and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
