Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a product label design with the following wording, from top to bottom: the stylized brand name "ÅHUS AKVAVIT", appearing above the wording, in smaller lettering, "CARAWAY, FENNEL, ROSEMARY, LEMON & SEVILLE ORANGE PEEL", in turn appearing above the wording, in smaller lettering, "MADE IN SWEDEN", which appears immediately above the wording "IN THE VILLAGE OF ÅHUS, AQUAVIT SPICES, HERBS AND TRADITIONAL PURE GRAIN SPIRIT HAVE BEEN DISTILLED FOR HUNDREDS OF YEARS, TODAY WE MAKE THIS UNIQUE AQUAVIT IN OUR DISTILLERY BUILT IN 1906", which appears above the wording "SWEDISH AQUAVIT", all of which, in turn, appears above the wording, larger letters, "ÅHUS DISTILLERY SINCE 1906", all such wording appearing in black lettering and in different stylized fonts. In the background behind such wording, in the middle portion of the design, appears a rectangle outlined in yellow lines, within which are contained the words "SEVILLE ORANGE PEEL LEMON" and the date "10/07/2017", all appearing in a yellow stylized font, with the reference to "10/07/2017" being underlined in yellow. Also within such background rectangular portion, to the left of the word "LEMON", appear the words "Per Hermansson" in yellow script. All of the above is set against a white background.
