Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a trade dress characterizing the front view of the packaging for the goods, comprised of a rectangle with a gradient effect in light green, green and dark green, from the center to its top, containing from the top left the word "INSTANT" in stylized white letters with a red shadow, above the word "GINGER" in red stylized letters and a white shadow, featured in a bigger font.
