The mark consists of eight concentric rings forming an overall circular mark. The literal element "UNIFIED CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE STRATEGY" appears curved overtop of the mark in blue. The outer ring is grey. Working inward, the next partitioned ring is white with grey borders and the literal element "UNIFIED CHANNEL STRATEGY" appearing in blue. The outer boundary of the next ring consists of a thin grey line, with the inner boundary line being divided into 4 unequal sized sections. The three segments on the upper portion from left to right are light blue, grey and blue and the bottom and larger border segment is green. Within the previously described ring are 12 equally divided off segments consisting of all black text and images.
