Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a three dimensional configuration of a green bottle, with the neck of the bottle featuring a red five-point star outlined in white, under which appears the vertically-displayed wording "HEINEKEN" in white. There is a transparent oval label in the center of the bottle outlined in silver and white. Within the oval label is the wording "ORIGINAL RECIPE" in white with an oval in white featuring black shadowing, above the wording "HEINEKEN LAGER BEER" in white. Underneath such wording is a white oval design with the silver wording "DIPLOME D'HONNEUR AMSTERDAM 1883", above a red five-point star partially outlined in silver with the word "TRADE" in red to the left of the star and the word "MARK" in red to the right of the star. Below the star design appears a horizontal black banner outlined in white containing the wording "HEINEKEN" in white against a black background. Below the banner the following wording is displayed: "MEDAILLE D'OR PARIS 1875" and "GRAND PRIX PARIS 1889" in red, below which appear two seal-like interconnected circular designs with vignettes in silver against a white background above the wording "HORS CONCOURS MEMBRE DU JURY PARIS 1900" in silver. On the left of the white oval design beneath the "HEINEKEN" banner appears the wording "EST." in white and the wording "1873" appears in white on the right of the white oval design beneath the black banner. Below the white oval design is the wording "PREMIUM QUALITY" in white, above the wording "BREWED WITH PASSION FOR QUALITY" in white. The dotted lines represent the outline of the bottle and the bottle cap shape, and are not part of the mark, and serve to show the position and placement of the mark.
