The mark consists of the wording "HEARTLAND CAFÉ" and design; the stylized wording "HEARTLAND CAFÉ" appears in scroll and is black, outlined in gold and appears superimposed over the design element; the term "HEARTLAND" appears above the term "CAFÉ"; the design element consists of a slightly irregular shaped rectangle which contains an incomplete red heart which is outlined in black and appears behind a gray castle which is outline in black and appears behind a green hill which is outline in black; a black clump of grass appears in front of the green hill tucked between the letters "C" and "A" in the term "CAFÉ"; alternating pink and purple rays are outline in black and radiate from the heart and extend out to the inner border of the irregular shaped rectangle. The irregular shaped rectangle is gold and outline on the outside and inside borders by think black lines; a small green hill, outlined in black appears in the left corner of the design; alternating gray and yellow rows appear on a small yellow hill outlined which is outline in gray and appears below the letter "H" in the term "HEARTLAND" and extends out to and below the gray castle; five red five point stars, outline in black appear outside and above the irregular shaped rectangle; two of these stars appear to the left of the letter "L" which extends above the rectangle and three stars appear to the right of the letter "L" and to the left of the letter "D".
