Providing Global human resource management services for others, namely, comprehensive support in the areas of payroll processing, HR administration, benefit administration, recruiting, data analytics; Providing technology consulting in the fields of technology Design, Data Management and Deployment of clients' human resource technology software; Providing build out technology services across various modules, namely, Recruiting, Onboarding, HR, Talent, Learning Management System and analytics, data migration, PowerBI specialization and document transfers and optimization of client's HR protocols to enhance current usage of technology and to provide technology training and to improve management; Providing Tax Compliance services for others, namely, preparation and submission of online and paper payroll tax registration applications for state unemployment, state, and local withholding payroll tax accounts, providing all required submissions to state agencies to communicate updates or changes to payroll tax accounts ensuring accurate and up-to-date information at the corporate level and providing information to clients about state unemployment rate changes to ensure compliance and providing assistance in interpreting, researching, and resolving Federal, State, and Local payroll tax notices and providing assistance with reapplying or reactivating FEIN, state, and SUI account numbers; Providing human resource Administration for others, namely, Employee Onboarding and Offboarding, Compliance Assistance, Leave of Absence Management, Strategic human resource Consulting, Collaborate with client's internal human resource department on new hires, re-hires and terminations, Employee maintenance of payroll records, exemptions, direct deposit, deductions, time and attendance, process gross to net payroll, resolve payroll discrepancies, run general ledger reports from payroll provider to distribute to finance and management of payroll solutions to administer and streamline payroll operations and ensure accurate and timely payments for employees; Business consultation in the field of human resource management and data integration; Business management of Managed Benefits and Core Benefits for others, namely, management of human resources information systems, providing Open Enrollment Support and management of Benefits Audits and Reconciliation and maintaining an Employee Benefits Hotline
