The mark consists of a stylized design of an elderly, brown-skinned African-American woman who is smiling from ear to ear showing white teeth, and having black hair and yellow earrings, with yellow sunflowers surrounded with green leaves on her left and right side. At the top right there is a sunflower significantly bigger than the ones on the bottom and left side. Centered behind the stylized woman is a yellow round object that looks like the sun, and it has three different colors featured on it; yellow at the center, bordered by orange and dark brown. The dark brown color on the round object is featured in two ways; at the border and then again in thin lines detailing the round object.
