The mark consists of the letter "H" in the word "Harleywood"; the letter "P" in the word "Properties"; the word "Ironway" are emphasized; the words "Harleywood" and "Properties" are accented. The words "Harleywood", "Ironway", "Properties", "The", "of", and the symbol ampersand, are the color black. The words "Natural", "Strength", "Hearth", and "Home", are the color olive green. All of the wording is in stylized font. The picture of a wrought iron gate and a small vine with five leaves are the color black. The picture of the large vine with five leaves and a single leaf are the color gray. The mark is comprised of two sections the upper half that contains the white rectangular boxes, a black background and the name of the business: "Harleywood Ironway Properties"; and the second section of the mark which contains the slogan. The first two lines of literal elements are in white rectangular boxes; in total there are two rectangular white boxes with literal elements inside them. The rectangular boxes are on a black background. The section containing the white rectangular boxes and the black background make up the top one third of the total vertical height of the mark. This section is called the upper section of the mark. The first white rectangular box starts at the farthest most left of the mark close to the top of the mark. There is a space containing no words, that is the size equal to approximately one third the size of the total size of the first white box. This space is directly prior to where the first literal word "Harleywood" begins; the word "Harelywood" is offset inside the rectangular box. The only word in the first white rectangular box is the word "Harleywood". The second rectangular white box is offset from the upper left side of the mark by approximately a size equal to one eighth of the total box size. The only words contained in the second rectangular box are "Ironway" and "Properties". A picture of a wrought iron gate is inside the second white rectangular box. The picture of the gate is between the words "Ironway" and "Properties". The width of the gate is approximately one third of the total width of the mark. The gate has nine rungs; at the top of the gate is a scroll pattern. The majority of the small vine picture is below the letter "s" in the word "Properties". The leaves on the vine are arranged so that the stems are at the upper most part of the leaf picture and the tips of the leaves are at the lower most part of the leaf picture. There are two leaves on either side of the vine pointing in a diagonal direction outward from the vine; the fifth leaf is with the tip of the leaf pointing down and slightly to the left. The height of the small vine is slightly smaller than half the vertical height of the upper section. The upper part of the vine has no leaves, it starts on the left side and continues up forming the shape similar to a small letter "l". This part of the vine starts directly below the letter "i" in the word "Properties". The lower section of the mark is white. The slogan or catch phrase is located in this section of the mark. The large vine with five leaves is at the lower left corner of this section of the mark. The single leaf is to the right of the large vine. The large vine is light gray at the top and becomes increasingly darker gray towards the bottom of the vine. The single leaf is dark gray. The large vine with five leaves is arranged so that the leaves are at the bottom of the vine picture and the part of the vine containing no leaves is at the upper part of the vine picture. The size of the large vine picture is approximately two thirds of the entire height of the bottom section of the mark. The part of the vine that contains no leaves starts on the left side of the vine picture and continues up to the right to form a shape similar to the small letter "l". The part of the vine picture that contains the shape of an "l" is slightly larger than one fourth of the entire size of the vine. The upper most part of the vine starts just above the bottom of the word "The". The bottom of the large vine ends just above the bottom of the mark. There are two leaves on either side of the large vine. The tip of the leaves are facing down away from the vine in a diagonal direction. The fifth leaf is at the bottom most part of the vine with the tip of the leaf facing down and slightly to the left. The leaves on both the vine and the single leaf contain visible veins. The veins are white. The single leaf is arranged so that the tip of the leaf is at the upper most part of the single leaf picture and the stem is at the lower most portion of the single leaf picture. The tip of the single leaf is slightly pointing to the left. Each leaf on the right side of the vine is touching a literal element. The upper most leaf of the right side of the vine is touching the letter "H" in the word "Hearth" and the lower most leaf on the right side of the vine is touching the letter "H" in the word "Home". The single leaf is to the right of the ampersand symbol and touching the ampersand. The words in the slogan are arranged in a vertical column with each word centered on the word directly above it.
