Description of Design Search

The mark consists of four concentric circles, including the black outlines: a blue shaded center circle bordered by a black single line circle surrounded by a yellow shaded circle with an outer black single line circle border. On the top part of the yellow circle is the stylized wording "GRILL-A-BURGER" with each character written in red with black outline. Positioned over the blue shaded center and spilling over the internal black single line circle and the yellow shaded circle is a depiction of an ape wearing a bellboy cap and using its hand to hold up a platter with a cheeseburger, all of the individual components that make up each of the ape, the ape's hand, cap, platter and cheeseburger are bordered by black lines and feature black shadowing. The ape's fur is colored in brown, its face is colored in dark and light shades of tan, its eyes are white with blue shadows along with black and gray pupils, the ape's teeth are white and its tongue is red. The bellboy cap is red with a yellow stripe. The ape's hand is white with blue shadowing and the platter is gray. The cheeseburger comprises a brown bun with beige seeds, brown meat, yellow cheese, red tomato, beige sauce, green lettuce and green pickle. The remaining white background indicates transparent area and is not a part of the mark.
