Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the letters "GPS" within a design element. Each of the letters in "GPS" is formed by two lines with space between them. The design element consists of one complete outer circle, within which is an incomplete circle. The thickness of the outer circle remains constant. The inner circle is thickest on the left side, next to the letter "G", and becomes progressively thinner as it circles back around to the letter "S". This inner circle is incomplete because its thinnest parts end at the top and bottom of the "S', and do not meet one another.
