This mark consists of the wording "Government Innovative Solutions" in white arched at the top of a single-line half circle in yellow and a full single-line yellow circle inside the half circle. Inside the full single- line yellow circle are three single-lined concentric circles in white with four yellow circles on various points of the circles. One yellow circle contains a diagram shape outlined in white, one yellow circle contains a lock outlined in white with a white single line circle around the lock with white tentacles coming out of the circle, one yellow circle contains a cylinder shape outlined in white, representing a data stack, and the fourth yellow circle contains a cloud outlined in white with white tentacles coming out below, all on a black background.
