The mark consists of the stylized literal element "GOON TOONS", with the wording primarily in black with a white outline and gray drop-shadowing. Beneath, and partially behind, the wording, is the stylized design of a brown box set television set with black shading and outlining, the television featuring a gray box, with black shading and outlining, on its top and a blue screen, with black shading and outlining. A stylized girl, resembling a demon or devil, is leaning out of the television. She has orange skin, red hair with portions shown in darker gray or black, a stylized brown, black, and gray cigar in her mouth from which gray smoke is drifting, a red shirt with a white design on its, a red devil's tail, an orange and red flame design in her left hand, and a stylized black gun in her right hand, from which gray smoke is rising. All of her features have black shading and outlining. Facing the television and the demon girl are two young boys, the back of their heads visible. The boys feature brown skin, black hair, and black outlining, with the left one wearing a red shirt and the right one wearing a black shirt.
