The mark consists of he stylized words "GOLDEN STATE FOODS" above the word "FOUNDATION", which is partially covered by a red heart with the letters "GSF" in the middle of the heart. All of the foregoing is inside a circle. The circle is dark blue with light blue and white outline on the inside and outside of the circle. The center of the circle is white. Around the inside edge of the circle are the words "BEST FOOT FORWARD' in white. A sneaker, which is white, light orange, light blue, and black, is in the middle of the circle, beneath the red heart. Beneath the sneaker is a gray shadow. Two stars appear on the toe of the sneaker, one on the tongue of the sneaker and two more on the heel of the sneaker. All the stars are white with black outline. The words "GOLDEN STATE FOODS FOUNDATION" are light grey; and the letters "GSF" are white with black outline.
