Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a large silver rectangle surrounding a thick black rectangle, with a flowing silver ribbon design appearing along the inner border. A thin silver rectangle appears directly inside, with a large tan rectangle shaded inside. The wording "GERSHON BACHUS VINTNERS" appears in the top portion of the tan rectangle with each word on a different line, and "GERSHON" and "VINTNERS" in black stylized font of the same size, and "BACHUS" in larger stylized black and silver font. Centered directly underneath is the wording "WINE OF THE GODS" in cursive black font. In the center of the tan rectangle appears the words "WIND SERIES" in black stylized font. The wording "EURUS" appears centered underneath with "EAST WIND" in black font thereunder. In the bottom third of the tan rectangle appears the wording "TEMECULA VALLEY", "MERLOT", and "LIMITED EDITION" in black stylized wording on different lines. In the background on the left side of the tan rectangle appears the purple outline of a bearded man blowing purple air lines down towards the right lower corner. Throughout the tan rectangle appears silver distress marks to give the appearance of parchment paper.
