The mark consists of a yellow-and-orange blended semi-circle background, the upper-left corner of which contains a thin-white-outlined semi-circle masking nine stylized red lines of various widths, with eight uniform-width thin white lines in between, all of which are in the back from a white circle; on the upper-right side, there is a red-outlined white quadrilateral with rounded upper and lower sides superimposed by the word stylized in red color "GARZETA", which is located under the figure of a stylized orange heron flying. Underneath all of the foregoing there is an irregularly-shaped, thin-white-outlined orange ring surrounding a big white circle, the composite being surrounded by red and yellow spots that make the form of peaks disposed so as to resemble sun rays.
