Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a rectangular device with a black background. The bottom of the design has three rectangular label like devices in the color blue and contain the words "FUN TIME" in white in each rectangle. The center label design also contains, on the left and right side, the words "AL FAKHER" in gray above Arabic characters, and the wording "SPECIAL EDITION" below in black color and within a gray rectangle. A crown, circle, and banner design is above the term "AL FAKHER", and the circle contains Arabic characters, and the banner contains the wording "AL FAKHER", all in gray and blue color. Above the blue labels are multiple sets of four white cards which depict a red diamond, a black club, a red heart and a black spade. Numerous fruits are depicted in the design including clusters of grapes colored magenta and purple with a green leaf on top; pomegranates which are colored magenta, white and red; kiwis which are colored brown, green and pale yellow with black spots (seeds); blueberries which are blue resting on green leaves; peaches which are orange with green leaves and green stems and watermelons which have a green rind and a fruit section which is magenta with black spots (seeds). Also appearing in the design are musical notation symbols in the form of clefs and eighth notes which appear in the colors gray and white. Random dice designs are interspersed throughout in the color white with black indicia. There are also several martini glasses which appear in the color white with either a magenta or orange liquid inside. Emanating from these glasses are circular white bubbles. There are two white hookah devices shown at the bottom portion of the design which have a tan vine like strand extending from each as well as circular white bubbles emanating therefrom.
