Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the word "FOXEYE" in a stylized script. The "F" is formed by two vertical lines and three horizontal lines, with a triangle at the intersection point of the vertical lines and the two top horizontal lines. The "O" consists of an octagon that contains a cross-hatch design in which each vertical line runs from the end point of the top horizontal line to the corresponding end point on the bottom horizontal line of the octagon and each horizontal line runs from the end point of the vertical line in the octagon to the corresponding end point on the other side of the octagon. The resulting intersection of the lines creates an interior square surrounded by four rectangles and four triangles, with the point of each triangle pointing towards a corner of the square and the base of each triangle formed by one of the diagonal lines of the octagon. The "X" is formed through a cross-hatch pattern, which is rotated forty-five degrees to create an "X" pattern. The intersecting cross hatch lines form a diamond shape in the middle of the "X". Each "E" is formed by two vertical lines and five horizontal lines, with a triangle at the intersection point of the two top vertical lines and the two bottom vertical lines and a rectangle between the two triangles on the left side of the letter. The "Y" is formed by two offset representations of the letter "Y". The upper portion of the letter mirrors the upper half of the rotated cross-hatch design representing the letter "X" in the mark.
