Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the stylized mark "FIRST WORLD MORTGAGE" and design featuring the wording FIRST WORLD MORTGAGE on two lines with the word WORLD having the letter O represented by a globe tilted to show a portion of the Western Hemisphere with North America centered in the image, the globe features longitude and latitude grid lines. The globe being surrounded by a pair of elliptical orbit lines positioned at the equator and a singular elliptical orbital line angularly placed relative to the pair of orbital lines at the equator and intersecting the same over South America. The singular orbital line being bolder than the pair of orbital lines. The mark also features a pair of horizontal lines, one each extending before and after the word MORTGAGE and aligned with the center of the height of the letters. The outer ends of the lines align with the endpoints of the words FIRST WORLD.
