The mark consists of a design comprised of a ring divided in half with the words "FIRST THINGS FIRST" displayed on the top half ring and the words "FAITH", "INTEGRITY", "RESPECT", "SELFLESS", and "TEAM" separated by small lightning bolts displayed on the bottom half of the ring. In the center of the ring appear the letters "HC" with the midsection of the "H" bisected with a horizontal stylized lightning bolt that crosses into the left-hand side of the letter "C". Beneath "HC" appear the words "HILSCHER-CLARKE" above "ELECTRIC COMPANY". "EST." appears in the left gap between the rings and "1916" appears in the right gap. All of the foregoing appears on a shaded circle.
