The mark consists of a three-dimensional presentation of configuration of a cooking apparatus with wording and two-dimensional designs thereon. The apparatus includes a four-legged stand topped by a circular bowl having two handles, each on opposing sides of the bowl. The bowl has a label containing the wording "FIRE DISC" on the side of the bowl separated by a flame above a stylized grill the legs of which are made of an "X" with the wording "WWW.FIREDISCGRILLS.COM" underneath. The apparatus includes a foot at the bottom of each leg of the stand and a burner and regulator mounted to the stand under the bowl.
