Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the wording "FIRE" in the color red with a black and white outline centered above the wording "HELICOPTER" in the color navy blue with white outlining, with the said wording upon a design in which the outer edge of said design in the colors yellow, red, yellow and black resembles the outer shape of a fire fighter's badge further containing therein a design of whirling white and silver helicopter blades with stripes from the outside in, in the colors yellow, red, and navy blue. The blades are on a red background with yellow stripes with yellow, red and white arcs indicating motion of the blades. The white background is not claimed as part of the mark.
