Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle with the outline of the bottle and seal band in broken lines used only to show placement of the mark and the shape of the bottle and seal band are not claimed as a feature of the mark. The bottle itself is transparent with a frosted finish on the upper and lower circumferences, creating translucent and transparent backgrounds for the various design and word elements of the mark. The center of the front face of the bottle remains transparent enough to see a rendering of a dark blue water field depicted on the backside of the bottle with a reflection of a mountain range in dark blue coated with white snow while viewing the front of the bottle. Above the transparent portion of the front face of the bottle is a rendering of large white mountain peaks and valleys set upon a transparent background. A mirror image of these large white mountain peaks and valleys appears on the rear face of the bottle set upon a dark blue background. Flying above these mountains are two dark blue eagles on the front face of the bottle and one dark blue eagle on the back face of the bottle. Featured near the base of the front face of the bottle are the words "FIRE & ICE" with "FIRE" and "ICE" depicted in dark blue stylized font, and the "&" depicted in red stylized font. Centered directly above the "&" is a small zigzag formation in dark blue and outlined in white depicting snow-coated mountain peaks. Stacked upon the words "FIRE & ICE" on the front face of the bottle is a smaller circumferential band of frosted mountain peaks and valleys set upon on a transparent background. The circumferential band of frosted mountain valleys continues around the entire back face of the bottle set upon a dark blue background. Above the smaller mountains is the rendering of the dark blue water field with reflections of the larger mountains on the water field depicted on the backside of the bottle, which was described above, and is also visible while viewing the front of the bottle. The seal band of the bottle is in dark blue and also features the wording "FIRE & ICE" with "FIRE" and "ICE" in white stylized font and the "&" in red stylized font printed along the bottom edge and beneath a single white line piping the circumference of the seal band and white zigzag formations above the line depicting the peaks of snow-coated mountains.
