Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the stylized design of a hiking boot that is mostly black, but also contains the colors grey and white within it. Gold lines resembling a partial sunburst emanate outward from the boot design. To the left of the boot design is the black lettering "FDRA", which has a stylized gold, black, and white partial world map within its letter "D". Positioned immediately underneath this lettering is the smaller, black wording "FOOTWEAR DISTRIBUTORS AND RETAILERS OF AMERICA". Underneath this, to the left of the boot's sole, is the stylized gold wording "PRESENTS". Spanning across the middle of the mark, underneath the boot design, is the stylized wording "BREWS & SHOES", with the ampersand being gold, and the words "BREWS" and "SHOES" being black with white and black borders that give an appearance of depth. The word "SHOES" has a thin, horizontal, grey line partially above its last three letters, and another thin, horizontal, grey line underneath it. The word "BREWS" has a thin, horizontal, grey line underneath it. Beneath the ampersand is the stylized design of a black, grey, and white beer bottle and a frothy beer mug that are touching, with the white stylized wording of "NETWORKING AND" on the bottle design, and the white stylized wording of "CHARITY EVENT" on the mug design. Gold lines resembling a partial sunburst emanate outward in a semi-circle around the bottle-and-mug design, and two short, curved, grey lines appear underneath the gold lines found on the outer sides of the bottle-and-mug design, leading up into two grey scroll-like designs at both ends. Underneath each of the two grey scrolls is a small, gold, four-pointed star.
