The mark consists of a vertical rectangle with four smaller shaded horizontal rectangles within the vertical rectangle. The top horizontal rectangle is shaded in blue. The horizontal rectangle below the top horizontal rectangle is shaded in white with five vertical rectangles with gray diagonal lines. Overlaying this vertical rectangle is a knight holding two shields. The knight is in white and outlined in gray. The left shield is outlined in gray and has two vertical rectangles, the left one in white and the fleur des lis in gray on the left, and the right vertical rectangle with alternating white and gray horizontal rectangles. The right shield is outlined in gray. Inside this shield is a vertical rectangle outlined in gray. Inside this rectangle is a white vertical rectangle on the left with gray stripes, and the vertical rectangle is in gray with a lion standing up and in white and outlined in gray. Between the outline of the right shield and the outline of the internal vertical rectangle are gray fleur des lis all of the way around. On the right side of this horizontal rectangle is the identical design of a knight holding shields, except that the white elements are in the color brown.
