Above the wording is a shield design surrounded on the top and sides by a fleurs-de-lis design. The shield is separated into three sections. On the top left section is a grape vine design above a design of a design of an eagle. In the middle section at the top is a design of a helmet with a cross, above a design of a lion, with a band featuring a checkerboard design towards the bottom. The right section features three stylized helmets at the top, above a horse design. These elements are superimposed over an open robe with tassels, ribbons and a lining with spots, and at the very top is a crown with a cross at the top.
