Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a bottle label of generally rectangular shape with a small oval extending from the top center border; the top forth of the design comprises a gold banner having black horizontal lines at top and bottom, containing the stylized wording "F. PO BERIO & CO. LUCCA TRADE MARK" in black; this banner surrounds a circle containing the image of a man drawn in black shading and outlining, which appears above the small stylized black wording "SINCE 1867" above the larger stylized black wording "FILIPPO" above the stylized black wording "BERIO"; the remaining lower three-fourths of the rectangular design comprises three curves resembling hills, the lowest being pink, the middle being red, and the top being brown; within the middle red curve appears the stylized white wording "HEARTY BALANCE" above the stylized gold wording "FILIPPO BERIO" shown in the nature of a signature; across these three curves and filling the left portion of the label appears a gold design of a tree with prominent leaves visible, with to the right a circular gold design having also two leaves on its upper left exterior portion; above the tree and circle designs appear the white stylized wording "SUSTAINABLE SELECT"; white appearing behind the tree design portion of the mark and behind the wording "SUSTAINABLE SELECT" is background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
