Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a cartoon man with pink skin and yellow medium length hair with orange in the front. The outside of the hair is outlined in black and has a white shine at the top. The character has black eyebrows, white and black eyes, and white teeth. There is one piece of the hair out in front of the face. The cartoon man is wearing a blue cape, blue boots, blue belt with a green belt buckle, and blue gloves. He is also wearing a an green long sleeve suit, with the initials "ESE" in the middle of his chest. The words "ESE" are in black, with a yellow octagon around the words. Coming from the yellow octagon are 3 solid yellow lines, one on the left of the "ESE" in the middle of the man's chest, one pointing down from the "ESE" going from the man's belly button to his belt, and two on the right of the "ESE", one going from the bottom right corner of the man's stomach to his right side, and one going from the middle of the man's chest to his right side under his armpit. The man is holding a shield on the left side of the image, which covers one of the character's hands. The shield has the appearance of a solar panel, and is dark blue with 3 blue thick lines in the middle, both lighter shades of blue. The shield also has white thin lines going up and down and side to side, creating a grid look. Towards the right of the image, the man has his other hand in the air in a fist, right above his head.
