The mark consists of the words "equality charter school" in all capital letters stacked on top of one another to the right of three equally sized rectangles also stacked on top of one another with whitespace between each rectangle to create a square, with the word "equality" aligning with the rectangle at top left of the mark and the same height as the top left rectangle, the word "charter" aligning with the rectangle at middle left of the mark and the same height as the middle left rectangle, and the word "school" aligning with the rectangle at bottom left of the mark and the same height as the bottom left rectangle.
